We look at the different stages through which leaders can pass as they travel on this journey of development and how these different stages evoke different coaching interventions. The perception is that the coach knows a lot of the detail of how the coachee needs to perform, and is there to show them how, to direct them, to observe what they do wrong and help them improve.
